Warranties, Guarantees and Service PlansOur mission is to ensure you're happy with you jewelry. From the day you take it home and all through the years to come. That's why we offer warranties and guarantees to protect your precious jewelry.
While your jewelry is expected to be cleaned and inspected every six months, your warranty will not void due to COVID-19, but be reinstated upon the successful passing of your next inspection. Any inspections that were due in March will not be required to be completed during this time period if our customers feel uncomfortable coming to the store. As a precautionary measure, in-store jewelry cleaning and inspections required during the month of March as required under our Lifetime Warranty will be extended 60 days from the date of last service.
