This ethereal necklace shines with a lustrous freshwater cultured pearl topped by an array of gemstones in pale, wintry hues. A round-cut sky blue topaz, a pear-shaped green quartz and a marquise-cut light amethyst are accentuated by sparkling white lab-created sapphires.
