Looking for a secure, flexible delivery option? You can have your package shipped to a UPS Access Point near you.
- Available for most orders $5,000 or less.
- Simply choose a UPS Access Point near you and select your preferred shipping method.
- We’ll deliver your order to the UPS Access Point you chose and email you a pickup code when your item is ready.
- When you get to your UPS Access Point, show your pickup code to collect your package.
- You’ll have 7 days from delivery to pickup your order, after which UPS will send it back to us.

- Shop your local KAY inventory by seeing what’s available there now.
- Go to "Select Your Store," in the top left corner. Enter your ZIP code into the search bar.
- Choose the KAY location you want to shop.
- Browse and add to your shopping bag.
- At checkout, select Pick Up Order and pay for your item.
- Your KAY will have your order ready in 4 hours or less!
- We'll text or email when your item is ready.
- You can pick your order up right away or within 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available.
- After the pick up period has passed (7 to 10 days), orders will be returned and the original method of payment credited.

- You'll receive an email when your purchase arrives at your KAY.
- You can pick your order up right away or within 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available. (Only you can pick up your order. We’ll ask you to sign for it and show a valid photo ID.)
