This beautiful sterling silver heart necklace features a romantic heart pendant with an openwork design and lovely milgrain detail to complement. Round amethysts detail the inside of the pendant, with a heart-shaped amethyst in the center to steal the spotlight. Glittering round-cut, lab-created white sapphires trace the outside of the pendant to complete the look. The pendant rests on an 18-inch cable chain that secures with a lobster clasp.
