Home Delivery:

Expedited: Our default option, free on orders over $199.
Express: Our fastest shipping option.
Standard: A no-rush option when timing is flexible.

Same-Day Local Delivery:

Order eligible items from your local KAY by 1 p.m. local time for same-day delivery. Select your store to see what’s available and confirm local fees and eligibility.

UPS Access Point™ Pickup:

For most orders of $5,000 or less, choose a UPS Access Point near you for secure, flexible pickup.

Choose your access point and preferred shipping method at checkout.
We'll email a pickup code when your order is ready.
Use the code to collect your package during the seven-day pickup window.

Find a Store

Place your order online, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready for pickup at a KAY near you.

Shop your local KAY inventory from home and pick up your jewelry in one day or less.

How it works:

Select your store and browse the jewelry available nearby.
Add your item to your bag, then choose Pick Up Order at checkout.
We’ll text or email you when your order is ready.
Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.

You’ll have seven days to pick up your order, and a one-time extension to 10 days may be available if you need more time. If you’re unable to pick up your order by then, it will be returned and your original payment method credited.

Shop Your Store

Need your jewelry fast and can't get away? Shop your local KAY online and get it delivered today.

How it works:

Go to "Select Your Store," in the top left corner. Enter your zip code into the search bar.
Choose the KAY location you want to shop.
Make sure to select your store under the "Same-Day Delivery" filter to browse product eligible for local delivery.
Browse and add to your shopping bag.
At checkout, select Ship to Home and continue through checkout process.
Select Same-Day Local Delivery from the Shipping Options and complete your purchase.
Your order will be delivered by our Same-Day Delivery Carrier on the same business day if ordered by 1PM local time.
Tracking will be provided once your order is on its way!
