Gold Exchange Process
If you have gold or platinum jewelry you just don't wear anymore, we'll take it and you'll get paid for it! Follow these simple steps, and you're good to go.
Step 1
Sign up and complete a one-time, secure registration to request your Gold Exchange Packet.
Step 2
Secure your jewelry in your provided insured package. Ship your items to us via UPS FREE!
Step 3
We inspect, clean, sort, weigh, and determine what it's worth in today's market.
Step 4
After we determine the value, we email the amount. You can take payment as a check or KAY Gift Card.
