My husband and I had plans to upgrade my ring (purchased through different vendor) since the beginning of our marriage. The trade value wasn't worth my willingness to depart with the band, which is fine, because I get to keep it and have this beautiful ring! I have a three stone engagement ring over 3/4ct with traditional setting so it's not like I needed something specific that would be hard to find, but as a woman I'm picky anyways so I needed something that wasn't too big, not too small, that sparkled and wouldn't look funny.
We went in to Kay- after browsing the site- tried on a few different settings: contoured rings, enhancers, thick settings, no diamond bands etc. and then the sales woman pulled this out. Tried it on, loved the look with my three stone so we purchased it.
I downgraded the value only because- apparently Kay does a sale only twice a year (other jewelers are much more frequent) I never received a flyer or anything but there were signs for advertising at their store- problem was, for some major blowout sale... we didn't get much of a discount, so its a little disappointing. Our previous jeweler would do half off ring sales three times a year. Otherwise, 899 for this gorgeous ring isn't too bad.
Recommend service plan- it covers sizing down or up- I needed to go down 1 1/1 size so it worked out quite well. Also covers rhodium, which is recommended every 6mo.

My engagement ring was purchased in the islands and has a pyramid shape with round diamonds. It was very hard finding a wedding band that would compliment my ring.

We decided to go to Kay Jewelers and we are glad that we did. The salesperson worked very hard and long with us until we found what we were looking for. This ring is beautiful with my engagement ring and I have received many compliments regarding it as a set.

We are thinking about purchasing a second ring and have them put together as a ring guard. I would highly recommend this ring. It is beautiful.

Custom order not the same as the model

I ordered this in a size 5 so it could be sized down to a 3. All 4 sets of 2-prongs are squeezed together, whereas the in-store model, and the image above shows them spaced so they are about the width of the band. While it could be argued that the prongs squeezed close together show off the shapes of each diamond more than the sample, they are not completely aligned on my order. Either the diamonds are not the same size or they are misaligned or the misaligned squeezed prongs give the illusion that they are misaligned -- whatever the reason the 4th diamond looks smaller than the others and left me disappointed. However, the store manager reassured me that I could order a new one and examine it before it gets sized down.

I really love this ring. It says on here it is an anniversary band, but I used it as my wedding band. I have a solitaire diamond engagement ring and it compliments it so well. The people at Kays were very nice as well!

I absolutely love this band! I am using if for a wedding band and it offsets the solitary diamond that I have for my engagement ring. I am hoping to add another to it for an anniversary band!
