My senior father wanted to get my mom (who is a minimalist and thinks she "has all she needs") something really pretty for Christmas, so he had me look online for this Open Heart necklace.

He didn't mind spending the money, but I have to say we were both disappointed in general that it was a lot smaller than what it looked like online. I know it wasn't to scale and they DO list the measurements but still...I'm a marketing manager and I feel the picture exaggerates a bit what the actual size is.

With that said, it is lovely and well made in general. I just want it to be clear that it's not true to scale and it can be disappointing if you don't keep it in perspective.

In the end, Mom says she loves it and that's what matters. :-)

While the necklace is pretty, the picture on the website is deceiving as the necklace was a lot smaller than anticipated. However, I purchased this as an Xmas gift for my mother and it seemed to be more of her preferred size. Recommend purchaser consult or review the ad/description for dimensions.
