Need your jewelry fast and can't get away? Shop your local KAY online and place your order by 1 p.m. Local Time to get it delivered today without having to leave home! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries that pop up, or grabbing a holiday gift.

Ships to UPS Access Point™:

Looking for a secure, flexible delivery option? You can have your package shipped to a UPS Access Point near you.

  • Available for most orders $5,000 or less.
  • Simply choose a UPS Access Point near you and select your preferred shipping method.
  • We’ll deliver your order to the UPS Access Point you chose and email you a pickup code when your item is ready.
  • When you get to your UPS Access Point, show your pickup code to collect your package.
  • You’ll have 7 days from delivery to pickup your order, after which UPS will send it back to us.

No waiting for shipping. This option gives you (almost) instant jewelry-shopping gratification! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries that pop up, or grabbing a holiday gift.  Here’s how it works:

  1. Shop your local KAY inventory by seeing what’s available there now.
  2. Go to "Select Your Store," in the top left corner. Enter your ZIP code into the search bar.
  3. Choose the KAY location you want to shop.
  4. Browse and add to your shopping bag.
  5. At checkout, select Pick Up Order and pay for your item.
  6. Your KAY will have your order ready in 4 hours or less!
  7. We'll text or email when your item is ready.
  8. You can pick your order up right away or within 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available.
  9. After the pick up period has passed (7 to 10 days), orders will be returned and the original method of payment credited.

For any items not currently available in your store, we can easily ship there for pickup later - always free. Here’s how it works:

  1. At checkout, choose Pickup My Order.
  2. You'll see your estimated delivery date here. 
  3. You'll receive an email when your purchase arrives at your KAY.
  4. You can pick your order up right away or within 7 days. If you are unable to pick up your purchase within 7 days, a one time extension to 10 days is available. (Only you can pick up your order. We’ll ask you to sign for it and show a valid photo ID.)
  5. After the pick up period has passed (7 to 10 days), orders will be returned and the original method of payment credited.

Make the presentation perfect. Request gift wrapping at checkout, and when you visit your KAY Outlet for pick-up, your item will be wrapped by one of our helpful store associates so you can make a beautiful impression. Always free.
