Same-Day Local Delivery with Roadie
Need your jewelry fast and can't get away? Our friends at Roadie have you covered! Shop your local KAY online and place your order by 1 p.m. Local Time to get it delivered today without having to leave home! Great for last-minute birthday shopping, anniversaries that pop up, or grabbing a holiday gift. Here's how it works:
- Go to "Select Your Store" in the top left corner of your screen. Enter your zip code into the search bar.
- Choose the KAY location you would like to shop.
- Make sure to select the Same Day Delivery filter to browse product eligible for local delivery.
- Browse and add to your shopping bag.
- At checkout, select Ship to Home and continue through the checkout process.
- Select Same-Day Local Delivery from the Shipping Options and complete your purchase.
- Your order will be delivered by Roadie on the same business day if ordered by 1PM local time.
- Tracking will be provided once your order is on its way!

Same Day In-Store Pick Up
Shop your local KAY inventory from home and pick up your jewelry in one day or less! This option gives you (almost) instant jewelry-shopping gratification. Here's how it works:
- Shop your local KAY inventory by seeing what's currently available in store.
- Go to "Select Your Store" in the top left corner of your screen. Enter your zip code into the search bar.
- Choose the KAY location you want to shop.
- Browse and add to your shopping bag.
- At checkout, select Pick Up Order and complete your purchase.
- Your KAY will have your order ready in 4 hours or less!
- We'll text or email—whatever your preference—when your item is ready.
- You can choose to pickup your purchase immediately, or we will hold it for up to 3 days.
- After 3 days, orders that haven't been picked up will be returned and the original method of payment credited.
