Delivery to Your Door
All orders to U.S. street addresses will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express. Orders delivered to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address will be delivered by the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail.
Signature Required
FOR YOUR PROTECTION, ALL ORDERS OVER $500.00 REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, REGARDLESS OF ANY SIGNATURE WAIVER ON FILE.
Shipments to Addresses Other than the Billing Address
For your protection, merchandise orders over $1,000 cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.
When your order will ship:
Orders for in-stock merchandise that does not require ring sizing:
Orders that are placed and payment approved by 11:59 PM Monday - Friday EST will be shipped no later than the next business day. (Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
Orders that are placed and payment approved on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped the following business day. (Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
If ring-sizing services are required please allow up to three business days before the order is shipped.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Kay Jewelers containing the tracking information and a link to the carrier’s website. The tracking information is also available on the Order Status page on kay.com.
Tracking Your Order - PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Kay Jewelers containing your USPS tracking number and a link to the USPS website's order-tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the USPS web site and following the instructions using your USPS tracking number. Your USPS tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on kay.com.
