Extended Service Plan (ESP)
Once you've chosen the jewelry that you absolutely love, you'll want to protect it for a lifetime. That's where our Extended Service Plan comes in. Let's say you need to have your ring sized. Or you need to have the prongs tightened (you don't want to lose your stone!). When you purchase our Extended Service Plan, we will make any covered repairs needed, up to the amount of the purchase price, at no additional charge.* The cost of ESP is based on the amount of your jewelry purchase.

*To obtain authorized service under the Extended Service Plan (In Florida, the plan provider is UNITED SERVICE PROTECTION, INC.), the covered goods must be taken to any Kay Jewelers location. (Purchases may not be returned to kay.com for service.)
